- 30-day window: Vest may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase

- No excessive wear: Products showing signs of damage or excessive wear are not eligible for refund
Process:
- Contact support@scorza.com with your order number in the subject line
- Our team will provide return instructions
- Send vest back in original packaging
- Your exchange will be sent out once the original vest has been received.
- If you have requested a refund it will be processed via the original payment method once received
Refund timeline: Depending on your card/bank, it may take up to 30 days to receive your refund from the date the refund was issued.
