Download the Scorza App You can either scan the QR code on the inside of your Scorza vest box OR simply head over to https://download.scorza.com to download our App

Start the Scorza activity on your smartwatch.
- Open the Scorza app on your watch
- Tap the screen to start the activity
- Ensure the timer has started running

Apple Watches - Optionally choose to lock the screen to prevent it getting accidentally stopped during the activity (we recommend you do this)

Put your watch in your Scorza Performance Vest and ensure the Heart Rate monitor is clearly visible through the hole
- Put your vest on and then your normal shirt over the top and your ready to play
