Download the Scorza App. You can either scan the QR code on the inside of your Scorza vest box, or head over to https://download.scorza.com to download our app. Start the Scorza activity on your smartwatch.
- Open the Scorza app on your watch
- Tap the screen to start the activity
- Ensure the timer has started running
- Lock the screen to prevent the activity being stopped accidentally during play. We recommend doing this whichever watch you use.
- Apple Watch and Wear OS: use the screen lock on the activity screen

Garmin: lock the touchscreen from the controls menu

Put your watch in your Scorza Performance Vest and ensure the heart rate monitor is clearly visible through the hole.
- Put your vest on and then your normal shirt over the top and your ready to play
