Troubleshooting
"Email not found":
- Double-check the email matches your order exactly
- Contact support@scorza.com if you are certain it's correct
No email received:
- Check your spam folder
- Wait up to 5 minutes
- Try entering your email again
Magic link not working:
- Use the same device as the app
- Links expire after 30 minutes and can only be used once. If this happens simply request a new link
