A players heat map helps them understand what kind of game they have had and allows them to find little improvements.
Calibrating and viewing your heat map:
Open the app on your phone and head to your latest result. To view your heat map, calibrate it by pressing three of the corners where the three dots appear. This gives you an accurate overview of your positioning throughout the match. Once calibrated you can analyse your position during the match by seeing where you have spent time in certain areas. Red patches indicate where you spent the most time and the yellow and green areas are where you spent less time.
Understanding your sprint map:
Your sprint map shows all your high-speed movements categorised as low (around 15 km/h), medium, and high sprints. Toggle between these categories to analyse different aspects of your movement. Low sprints might indicate you're frequently out of position and having to recover, medium sprints show your efforts to cover ground into key areas, and high sprints reveal your maximum speed efforts. If you're not registering high sprints, this could indicate you need to work on your sprint speed and repeated sprint ability in training. Use this data to identify patterns.
